The challenge
TCS needed a reliable retail POS system capable of handling frequent transactions while maintaining accurate stock records across a large product range. The business also required faster checkout, better inventory control and clearer visibility into daily sales, stock levels and product performance.
The approach
A custom POS and retail management system was built around TCS’s store operations. Each transaction was linked directly to inventory, allowing stock levels to update automatically as products were sold. Product management, pricing, staff access and reporting were centralised, with management dashboards providing real-time visibility into sales and inventory activity.
